Q: Can the Bank’s Gems Deposit Period be adjusted from 1 day to 23 hours? Any delays will push the schedule back each time, making daily management inconvenient.
A: Understood! We’ll make this improvement in an upcoming update: the Bank’s Gems Deposit Period will be adjusted from 24 hours to 23 hours.

Additionally, the following Chief Order cooldowns will also be improved:
1. “Rush Job” will be adjusted to 23 hours.
2. “Advanced Training” and “Dawn Alliance Commendation” will be adjusted to 1 day 23 hours.

We hope these changes will help Chiefs plan their daily in-game activities more easily.

Q: Please enable Cross-State Group Chat. We’d like to remain in our original State’s chat groups after transferring to stay in touch with friends.
A: Consider it done! We plan to add Cross-State chat support after State Transfer opens in an upcoming update. We’ll also make the following improvements:

1. Chiefs will remain in their existing chat groups after transferring states.
2. Increase the group creation limit.

Q: Please add a feature to remove all Garrison Troops at once. When the battle gets intense, expelling Troops one by one is too slow to respond in time.
A: Great suggestion! We will add this feature in an upcoming update. Rally leaders and Chiefs with R4/R5 permissions will be able to expel all Garrison Troops with one tap, allowing Chiefs to respond quickly in intense battles.

Q: In my state, competition for Festive Name Card Skins is getting too fierce. I hope it can be obtained by reaching a certain milestone point threshold, similar to City Skins.
A: Thank you for your feedback. Starting with the upcoming 2026 Halloween Event, we plan to add a guaranteed way to obtain the Name Card. Chiefs who reach 40 million Points or rank in the top 25 will receive a Permanent Festival Name Card Skin.

Q: During the State of Power (SvS) Field Triage Phase, can the interface show which allies helped revive my troops?
A: Noted! In an upcoming update, we will add “Assistance received records” so Chiefs can easily see which allies used “Rebirth Tomes” on them.
