Q: Please add a log on which R4 and above has started a particular research.
A: At the moment, players can find related log info via [alliance – territory – storehouse]. We’ll think about merging it into the alliance log in one of the future updates.

Q: Is it possible to see who signed your alliance up for a fortress battle?
A: Sure, it’s feasible. We will take your suggestions into consideration for future updates.

Q: Option for R5/R4 to pin a message at the top of the alliance chat.
A: Thanks for your valuable feedback. We’ll realize it’s helpful for R4/R5 to manage the alliance if some important message is displayed in an obvious place. We’ll add a related feature in one of our future updates!

Q: Please provide notification of the facility being attacked
A: Thanks for your feedback! We totally understand it’s frustrating to lose a facility without getting any notification/message. We will optimize it in a later update.

Q: For rewards allocation, other games have this feature where under the players name it shows if the player participated in fortress/event. This enabled us to ensure we can quickly distribute rewards.
A: This is a reasonable request. We will optimize it later.

Q: Add a confirmation text to Mercenary Prestige bosses like bear hunt confirmation text. We usually open it without knowing what it is.
A: We understand your point and agree with this. We will opitimize it in a later update.

Q: Add an option to do an automatic recall when building a banner.
A: Currently, R4/R5 can manually relieve garrisoned troops. We might not consider adding an automatic recall option at this time as it could be annoying when there are conflicts with other alliances due to overlapping banners.

Q: I’m colorblind and it makes it difficult to distinguish between rare and epic items. Maybe something could be added to make it easier?
A: We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We’re actually already on it and will implement this feature soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Q: When will we get the SvS update?
A: The SvS update is scheduled for the end of May. Initially, it will be released to States 1-8 and gradually rolled out to other states.
