October State Transfer Schedule
Duration: 10/12/2025 to 10/18/2025
Server Range: States 4-2933

October State Merger Schedule
Date: 10/28/2025
Server Range: States 4-1427

October State Merger Details:
1. For states already merged before (States 4-976), only part of the inactive states will be merged again.
2. All states that have not been merged before will be participating in the merger (States 977-1427).

November State Transfer Schedule
Duration: 11/09/2025 to 11/15/2025
Server Range: States 4-3054
