🙋: The Frostdragon Tyrant battle lasts too long, and I have to work on Monday. Can the duration be shortened?
👨‍💻: Thank you for the feedback! To better balance the game and life, we plan to shorten the Frostdragon Tyrant’s Battle Phase from 6 hours to 5 hours in an upcoming version update.

The adjusted times are as follows:
Original Battle Phase: 12:00 – 18:00 UTC
New Battle Phase: 12:00 – 17:00 UTC

🙋: I accidently selected the wrong alliance during the Frostdragon Tyrant Predictions, it would be great if I can make changes.
👨‍💻: No problem! We hear you! During the Prediction Phase, Chiefs can change their supported Alliance. After each change, there will be a 5-minute cooldown before another modification can be made. This feature will be released in an upcoming Update.

🙋: The battlefield is too intense. I have to keep an eye on the action while healing, and it’s all too hectic to manage. Is there a solution?
👨‍💻: We understand that multitasking during intense battles can be stressful. To improve your battlefield experience, we will introduce an “Alliance Auto-Help” feature in the Ultra Value Monthly Card perks in the next update. When this perk is activated, the system will assist with auto-helps whilst you are online, allowing you to concentrate more on battlefield strategy.

🙋: During the Wars Events, there are often a lot of mails. However, when I want to review the Battle Report after the event ends, I find that some mails have disappeared because they exceeded the storage limit.
👨‍💻: In future updates, we will increase the Battle Report Capacity from 350 to 500. Upon reaching the limit, the system will automatically delete older mails. We recommend that you save important Battle Reports in time.

🙋: Can we add an emote response feature to the Alliance Notice? Even just two emote options would be helpful, so we can easily understand our allies’ opinions, especially when we need to reach a consensus or confirm that the message has been read.
👨‍💻: This idea is indeed fantastic! We have already scheduled this feature for development and will be released in a future update.
