How does the FrostDragon Tyrant work?

INTRODUCTION

The discovery of the once-mighty Frostdragon Kingdom, named for the ornaments of their godlike tyrants, has sparked a war. Chiefs of all States vie for the throne while the Capital’s Old Guard vows a deadly response.

HOW TO PLAY

Chiefs enlisted by their alliances can fight for control of the Capital on the Frostdragon Battlefield. The event lasts for 6 hours, during which alliances compete to dominate the Capital. Only the rally captain’s occupation time counts toward claiming the title of Frostdragon Tyrant. The Chief who controls the Capital the longest after the event will be crowned the Frostdragon Tyrant for their Zone.

Event Phases

Phase 1 : Alliance Sign-up (48 hours)

The alliance leader or R4 members can register their alliance for the Frostdragon Tyrant event. Only a limited number of top-ranking alliances in each Zone can participate. Larger Zones, with more States, will have more eligible alliances. During this phase, the composition of States, hero strength, and Fire Crystals are evaluated to ensure balance across competing alliances.

Phase 2: Combatant Dispatch (48 hours)

Eligible alliances can now dispatch their members to the battlefield. Only those who were members before the sign-up phase can participate. During this period, the Championship Prediction opens, allowing participants to predict the event’s outcome and win rewards based on their guesses.

Phase 3: Eve of Battle (59 hours)

With alliances dispatched, everyone must wait for the battle to begin. This is the final period for predictions, offering more chances to win prediction prizes.

Phase 4 : Battlefield Opens (8 hours)

The battlefield is finally open. Combatants can now fight for control of the Capital and surrounding Spires. The Capital becomes vulnerable one hour after the battlefield opens and remains contested for 6 hours.

  • The first alliance to occupy the Capital earns the First Occupancy Reward for all members.
  • Spires surrounding the Capital become vulnerable on a rotating schedule : 30 minutes of vulnerability, followed by 30 minutes of protection.
  • The alliance that dominates a Spire the longest during its vulnerable period gains powerful bonuses for 30 minutes.
  • Players will be able to purchase packs to speed up their rally by 50% (Pack lvl.1 = 2 rally speedups […] ,Pack lvl.5 = 40 rally speedups)

At the end of the event, the Chief who held the Capital the longest is crowned Frostdragon Tyrant and enjoys the privileges and rewards of the title for 30 days. If multiple Chiefs have the same occupation time, the first to reach that time will be named Tyrant.

Phase 5 : Rearmament (54 hours)

After the battle ends, participating States receive a Rearmament Bonus:

  • Healing Speed +500%
  • Healing Costs -30%

The crowned Frostdragon Tyrant will host a State-wide feast in their home state. During this feast, all Chiefs can give the Tyrant likes, with each like granting 200 gems. Each Chief can give up to 5 likes per day.

Winning Conditions

  • The Chief with the longest Capital occupation time (only the rally captain’s time counts) at the end of the battle becomes the Frostdragon Tyrant.,
  • Spires provide valuable buffs to the alliance that controls them, so strategize accordingly to gain an advantage.

TUTORIAL

– The Frostdragon Battlefield was once the site of a mighty kingdom. Chiefs of all States have been drawn to its Capital in search of wonders enough to crown a new Tyrant!
– The Frostdragon Battlefield is divided into the Dragon Crypt (area within the red line) and the Border Region (area within the yellow line). Cities are randomly placed in the Border Region at the opening of the battlefield. Chiefs moving to the Dragon Crypt cannot activate Shields (which are removed on entry). Cities defeated in the Crypt will be randomly teleported back to the Border Region.
– The Capital is located in the map’s center and may be occupied after 1 hour. Claimants to the Capital must also defeat the Old Guard defenders (personal occupation time only accrues to the rally captain). The longest occupant at the end shall be crowned Frostdragon Tyrant.
– The Capital is buttressed by four mighty Spires that may also be occupied in alternate 30-minute intervals (30 minutes of battle time followed by 30 minutes in protected mode).
– Spire control during battle intervals is decided by the longest alliance occupant and grants an alliance-wide bonus effective in the Frostdragon Battlefield for 30 minutes.
– The Chief to lay claim to the Capital longest shall enjoy the supreme title of Frostdragon Tyrant and 30 days of special privileges at the end of battle!

FrostDragon Battle

BATTLEFIELD:

  • The event map is as big as a basic server, but the combat area is bigger than the Sunfire Castle:

In the Frostdragon Tyrant Event, points and rewards are earned through strategic combat and careful planning on the battlefield.

Ways to Earn Points:

You can earn points through two primary methods:

  • Carnage Points : Awarded for severely injuring enemy troops during Capital and Spire battles.
  • Casualty Points : Gained from your own troops being severely injured in combat.

Note : Unlike the Sunfire Castle, you do not earn any points from simply occupying buildings—points come only from battle!

Dragonite:
Dragonite is a key resource in the Frostdragon Tyrant battlefield. It can be used to deploy powerful alliance crystal skills, turning the tide of battle at crucial moments!⚔️
To obtain Dragonite, alliance members need to work together. There are two ways to acquire it:
Method 1: When the Capital becomes available for battle, Frostdragon Escorts will appear in the border region. Chiefs can solo attack, and upon successful defeat, they will help their alliance collect Dragonite. The refresh interval for Frostdragon Escorts is 30 minutes.
Method 2: 15 minutes after the Capital becomes available, Dragonites will appear in the border region for mining. The refresh interval is 30 minutes.
Tip: Alliance R4/R5 members should plan ahead and coordinate members for efficient Dragonite gathering and Escort hunting.
Alliance Crystal Skills:

Infirmary and Troop Management :

  • You have an Infirmary with infinite capacity. However, if you leave the battlefield, the troops in your Infirmary will remain there, while any other troops that don’t fit in will die if your Infirmary is full.

Note : Your troops will still cost resources even when you leave the battlefield.

Special Rewards :

  • The first player to enter and defeat the Old Guardians will win a small reward.

MORE TIPS :

  • For F2P Players :
    • It’s recommended to spend minimal time on the battlefield to avoid being burned by stronger players. Focus on continuously attacking the small buildings around the Capital to farm Personal Points rewards without taking too many risks.
  • Since the Infirmary has infinite capacity, this strategy allows you to rack up points with minimal troop loss. However, unless you’re in the top-tier servers, it will be difficult to achieve higher rankings (top 1001+) without investing substantial resources.
  • For Aspiring Tyrants :
    • If you’re aiming to become the Tyrant , it’s crucial to fill rallies perfectly with the ratios specified by your R4/R5 leaders based on your generation. Running multiple rallies consecutively increases your chances of capturing the Capital.
  • Forming alliances with other servers to avoid interference from their rallies while holding the Capital can be a key advantage. Collaboration can prevent others from launching counterattacks while you’re in control.
  • Healing After Battle :
    • If you have a large army, it’s best to heal all your troops after the battle during Phase 5 when you’ll receive a 500% healing boost . Coordinate with your alliance to find an ideal time when many members are active, like during the Bear Trap event, to make healing faster and more efficient.
