Exchange items you don’t need for Trade Vouchers or use the Trade Vouchers to purchase other items at the Trading Station. The redeemed items will not be counted toward the progress of any consumption mission.

- Universal Shards
and Expedition/Exploration Manuals for Rare and Epic heroes. - You don’t need to fully max out heroes using widgets, shards, or manuals to exchange them during the event.

- To exchange specific hero shards, the hero must be at 5
. - If you have enough shards to make the hero 5 stars but haven’t used them, you won’t be able to trade those shards.
- You can exchange specific hero shards from all generations, including the current one, as long as you have the hero at 5 stars before the event begins.

- The event returns monthly and is completely free-to-play (F2P), making it highly anticipated by players for offering great rewards in exchange for unused items.
- Note: You cannot exchange widgets directly in their crate form. You must first open the crate and select a specific hero widget to be eligible for exchange.
- Tickets and Rewards:
- The tickets you receive from exchanging items can be traded for excellent rewards, which vary depending on your server’s generation.
- Tickets do not expire at the end of the event and can be saved for the next Tundra Trading Station event.

For specific heroes shards (all have 500/500 stock):
Rare heroes : 6 tickets/shard
Epic heroes : 10 tickets/shard
Mythic heroes : 100, 150, 200 or 250 tickets/shard- The 3 newest hero Generations give 50, 100 or 150 additional tickets

- The rewards in the Tundra Trading Station are all highly valuable. Popular items like current gen widgets, design plans, charm designs, and hero gear XP.

Tips & Guides
1. Obtain [Trade Vouchers]
You can use the excessive shards which the hero that already 5 star / general shards can be exchanged and other items as Custom hero widget chest, expedition skill manual, exploration skill manual and exchange for Vouchers
2. Trading Station Shop
With the vouchers you have from previous exchange you can exchange it for Custom Hero widget chest, Essence stone, Mythic General Hero Shards, Expedition / Exploration manual, 100 Enhancement XP component, lvl 2 Custom Resource Chest
Note:
- Both Point 1. Obtain [Trade Vouchers] and Point 2. Trading Station Shop have restrictions on the number of times they can be redeemed
- Items that have been redeemed will not contribute towards any mission objectives.
- The [Trade Vouchers] can be saved and carried over to next time when the trading station shop comes again.
